Introduction
My name is Martina Stang. I am a researcher at the Plant Ecology Group, University of Leiden, The Netherlands. As a pollination ecologist working at the level of the community, I am mainly interested in the factors that determine interaction patterns in plant - pollinator networks. I combine descriptive field work with simple theoretical modelling. My current research project will also include experiments to test some of the assumptions and predictions of the models in more detail. I also have strong interests in science and nature education.
